The civic association Jazz without Borders with domicile in Pilsen, Stenovicka 9 is a non-profit organisation registered at the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. The commitment of this society is to keep its members informed about events and trends in jazz music, to organise cultural events and jazz festivals, to establish collaboration within EU regions and to contribute to the education of young musicians.

Anyone who consents to the mission and who wants to actively work for its goal can become a member of the association after being approved of by its board. The chairman of the board is Dr. Ivan Slabý and the members are Jan Vimr, Ivan Audes and Jiří Koptík.
